Lovely stay here! The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The pool was great for relaxation. It's a 10-15 minute flat walk to the Medieval City, making it super easy to explore!

Room prices are quite reasonable for the area, and the effective air conditioning made the stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety as well, which is a plus in my book.

The rooms were far from pristine. stained carpets and a somewhat grubby bathroom left much to be desired. the hotel is situated in an industrial zone, making the walk into town a hard 30 minutes, and options for dining nearby are limited to fast food joints. The noise from the surrounding traffic early in the mornings is another nuisance, making it tough for light sleepers to catch some Zs. a fridge or safe in the room would have been a nice touch, but they were nowhere to be found.

Take advantage of the small outdoor pool for relaxation after exploring the historic city, as it's a nice peaceful area away from the hustle.

I had a lovely stay at Campanile Carcassonne Est, La Cite! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic walk-in shower, which was a delightful surprise. The dining area had a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner, both meals were delicious and good value for money!

The WiFi was unreliable.

It was just a suitable option for a swift stopover in Carcassonne with good value for cost. The beds were very comfortable, which was a nice surprise after a long drive. Make sure to explore nearby dining options since the hotel restaurant may not be available.

Visited with a group of friends and loved the peaceful vibe. The outdoor pool was a highlight. The hotel is in a quiet spot and just a 20-minute walk to the medieval city. We explored Narbonne beach and Gruissan beach, both nearby. Breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good for the price. Definitely would come back.
